2. What data this website collects

This website does not require registration or an account. Downloading Parta Runtime Lite does not require you to submit any personal data. If you contact us directly by email, we process the information you choose to include in that message solely to respond to you.

3. Server logs

Our hosting infrastructure may record standard server access logs (IP address, request timestamp, resource requested, HTTP status code, referrer) for requests made to this website, including download requests. These logs are retained for a maximum of 30 days for security and diagnostic purposes and are not used for profiling or marketing.

4. Third-party services

This website does not load resources from third-party servers. All assets (fonts, stylesheets, scripts, icons) are self-hosted. No data is transmitted to Google, Meta, or any other third party as a result of visiting this page or downloading the software.

5. Privacy policy for the Parta Runtime Lite software

The section below describes the privacy practices of the Parta Runtime Lite executable itself, as distributed for Windows and, where applicable, through platforms such as the Microsoft Store.

Parta Runtime Lite is a local inference server that runs entirely on your own device. It does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data, usage data, or telemetry to Parta, ae Aeonian Engineering Limited, or any third party.

All processing (text generation, image analysis when enabled) occurs locally on the device running the software, using a model file you supply. No prompts, responses, images, or other content you process through the software are sent over the network to any Parta or third-party server.

The software opens a local network port to serve API requests, compatible with OpenAI and Anthropic API formats, so that other applications on your device or local network can connect to it. This is a local service endpoint only, not a connection to any remote Parta service, and it is not exposed to the public internet by the software itself.

No account, registration, or personal information is required to install or use the software.

6. Legal basis for processing (GDPR)

Where personal data is processed as a result of you contacting us directly, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: legitimate interest in responding to inquiries. This website and the Parta Runtime Lite software are designed to avoid processing personal data wherever possible.

7. Your rights under GDPR

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the following rights:

• Right of access to personal data we hold about you.
• Right to rectification of inaccurate data.
• Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten").

ae Aeonian Engineering Limited is incorporated in Hong Kong. Where server logs or correspondence are processed on infrastructure located outside the EEA, this is governed by standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards as required by GDPR Chapter V.
